Welcome to Mechia Pilates. To protect the quality, safety, and privacy of every session, please review these policies. By booking or purchasing a package, you agree to the terms below.
15-minute grace period. Life happens. We offer a 15-minute grace period for your scheduled session.
Late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session will be canceled and you will need to reschedule. This is considered a late cancellation and the session will be forfeited.
Client cancellations. We require a minimum of 4 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Late cancellations & no-shows. If you cancel with less than 4 hours' notice — or fail to show up — you will lose that session from your package.
Instructor cancellations. If Mechia needs to cancel or reschedule your session for any reason, the session will be credited back to your account based on the specific package you purchased.
60-day window. All Pilates packages expire 60 days from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after 60 days will be forfeited.
Footwear. Proper grip socks are required during your workout for hygiene and safety. Socks are available at the studio if you forget to bring your own.
Privacy & security. Mechia Pilates operates as an exclusive, private at-home studio. Please, under any circumstance, do not disclose or share the location of your sessions with outside parties. This is strictly enforced to maintain a safe and private environment for all clients and the instructor.
Refunds are strictly processed based on package usage and timing.
Eligible for a refund. Refunds are only issued for entirely unused packages within 30 days of purchase.
Ineligible for a refund. Once a package has been partially used, it becomes completely non-refundable.
